Principal Supply Chain Planning Specialist

This position develops and maintains plans that ensure purchased materials support production, testing, and delivery commitments. The specialist evaluates inventory and requirements, adjusts supply orders and priorities, and supports product transitions from launch through ramp-up and retirement. The role also contributes to capacity planning, make-or-buy decisions, resource planning, and product-line management. Working within a cross-functional manufacturing organization, the employee communicates material risks and helps resolve issues affecting program schedules. It is well suited to an experienced supply chain or materials planner who is comfortable with ERP/MRP systems, quantitative analysis, and complex or regulated production environments.
