Program Manager 2 - Targets and Interceptors

This position manages complex missile defense program activities within the Launch Systems Business Unit and Targets and Interceptors Operating Unit. The manager will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, suppliers, and partner organizations while maintaining requirements, budgets, schedules, risks, and contract commitments. Responsibilities also include building cross-functional teams, applying earned value and master schedule controls, supporting proposals and business development, and maintaining strong government and customer relationships. The role suits an experienced program leader with U.S. government contract experience, defense or aerospace knowledge, and a record of delivering demanding programs within cost and schedule targets. An active Secret clearance, U.S. citizenship, and willingness to travel are required.
