Manager Aeronautical Engineering: Level 1 – Structural Test Bay

Northrop Grumman seeks a tactical engineering manager to oversee more than 10 aerospace engineers and technicians in its Chandler Structural Test Bay. The role balances competing test demands across programs while managing resources, costs, schedules, risks, reporting, and technical decisions. It also includes employee coaching, performance management, cross-training, and collaboration with analysis, instrumentation, logistics, quality, and safety organizations. The manager will help design and evaluate tests, support model correlation and hardware qualification, and present solutions to internal and external customers. This position suits an experienced mechanical, aerospace, or related STEM engineer with leadership capability, structural testing or analysis experience, and interest in launch vehicle or missile systems.
