Sr. Principal Optical Subsystem I&T Engineer

This engineer will support the Electro-Optics Group and lead integration and test activities for development and flight hardware within the Seeker Integrated Product Team. Responsibilities include creating test strategies and procedures, integrating hardware, software, and firmware, troubleshooting failures, analyzing results, and documenting system performance. The position also oversees optical laboratory operations, equipment calibration, custom test tools, and data collection for modeling and verification. It requires close coordination with systems, design, and program teams while promoting safety, quality, root-cause analysis, and technical growth among junior engineers. The role suits an experienced optical or electro-optical engineer with defense or high-reliability imaging experience, strong hands-on alignment skills, and an active Secret clearance.
