AI/Automation Engineer - Level 2/3 (Chandler)

This engineer will develop, test, deploy, and support automation solutions that improve engineering workflows and infrastructure operations within Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector. Responsibilities include building AI and ML capabilities, agent integrations, CI/CD pipelines, containerized services, RAG systems, and vector database solutions. The position works closely with software engineering, DevOps, and infrastructure groups to move ideas into reliable production systems and maintain system performance and availability. It is a fully onsite Chandler role with approximately 10% travel and a requirement to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. The opportunity suits software or infrastructure engineers who have practical Python or Go experience and want to apply modern AI technologies to mission-focused aerospace and defense programs.
