Operator V (Onsite)

The role leads manufacturing activities for assigned departments and is accountable for operational performance against production demand and key SQDIP measures. It promotes safe work practices, supports audits, and works with EHS to prevent workplace issues. The leader develops operators and area leads through coaching, assessments, and training while serving as a key contact for quality escalations and corrective actions. Close collaboration with planning, supply chain, production control, engineering, and quality teams helps maintain material flow, inventory accuracy, staffing, and throughput.
