Operator V (Onsite)

This position leads assigned manufacturing areas and coordinates production activities against operational and customer needs. The successful candidate will supervise and develop operators and area leads while partnering with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and EHS. Key responsibilities include resolving quality issues, improving material flow and inventory control, tracking performance metrics, and advancing Lean and Kaizen initiatives. The role suits an experienced manufacturing professional who has led teams, understands root cause analysis and Lean practices, and can work hands-on in a production environment. Candidates must be able to move around the facility and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
