Director, Professional Services

This leader will manage a team of approximately 9–12 technical program managers responsible for implementing Axon’s products for major customers in the United States and Canada. The position partners with Sales on project scoping, statements of work, resource planning, and forecasting, while improving delivery standards and operational efficiency through measurable processes. It also serves as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues and collaborates with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales to inform priorities and roadmap decisions. The role suits an experienced technical program or professional services leader who has built scalable teams, coached managers, handled executive stakeholders, and worked with enterprise SaaS or IT environments. The position is remote within the United States but requires significant travel.
