Maintenance Technician (Shift B) - Chandler

This role supports manufacturing operations by maintaining automated production machinery and facility systems at Isola’s Chandler site. The technician inspects equipment, responds to breakdowns, replaces defective components, and may perform welding, fabrication, and work from technical drawings. Responsibilities also include preventive maintenance, detailed repair records, safety and quality compliance, and participation in Lean or Six Sigma improvement activities. The position works closely with the maintenance and production teams and may help train coworkers or join the emergency response team. It is suited to an experienced industrial maintenance professional who is comfortable troubleshooting electrical controls, PLCs, and high-volume automated equipment on an overnight schedule.
