Operations Supervisor (D Shift) - Chandler

This role directs day-to-day manufacturing activities during the overnight D shift and ensures production priorities are clearly communicated and achieved. The supervisor works closely with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, and other partners to address problems, improve processes, and maintain smooth shift handoffs. Responsibilities include tracking KPIs, enforcing safe work practices, reducing waste and downtime, and maintaining employee training and performance records. The position suits an experienced manufacturing leader who is comfortable coaching employees, analyzing production data, and taking ownership of results. It requires regular physical activity in a plant environment, including extended standing and walking and handling loads up to 50 pounds.
