Human Resources Business Partner - Chandler

This position partners with plant and business leaders to shape and execute the site’s people strategy while providing practical guidance on daily HR issues. It supports a performance-focused culture centered on employee experience, safety, quality, talent development, and continuous improvement. The HRBP will coordinate with broader HR teams on areas such as recruiting, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, recognition, metrics, and retention. The role also advises leaders through organizational change, employee relations, legal requirements, compensation decisions, and conflict resolution. It suits an experienced manufacturing HR professional who can coach leadership teams, influence across employee levels, and use sound judgment in a changing plant environment.
