Integrated Planning & Scheduling Program Manager

This position supports Microsoft’s EPC project controls function by establishing consistent planning, scheduling, baseline, change-management, and governance practices across large infrastructure programs. The manager collaborates with estimating, cost, risk, analytics, regional planning, and construction stakeholders to connect enterprise strategy with project-level execution. Key work includes developing integrated master schedules, validating assumptions and durations, supporting schedule risk analysis, defining performance metrics, and improving reporting capabilities. The role also creates guidance and process documentation while helping raise planning maturity across the organization. It is well suited to an experienced technical program manager or project controls professional with strong Primavera P6, Excel, data analysis, and executive communication skills, particularly in hyperscale data center or major infrastructure environments.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience in engineering, technical program management, data analysis, or product developmentExperience managing cross-functional or cross-team programsAdvanced Primavera P6 EPPM and integrated master scheduling expertiseExperience with large-scale construction, infrastructure, or project controlsAdvanced Excel skills for modeling, analysis, and reportingStrong senior-leadership communication skills and hyperscale data center planning experience
