Mechanical Design Engineer

This Mechanical Design Engineer II position at Leonardo focuses on developing innovative diode laser products and systems through a complete design lifecycle. The role combines significant hands-on laboratory work in advanced cleanroom facilities with cross-functional collaboration across internal engineering teams, program managers, and external vendors. You'll own critical design portions for high-precision optomechanical and medical-grade assemblies, including heatsinks, heat exchangers, and laser diode packages.
