HR Services Representative

This position is part of ASML’s US People Operations function, which manages employee support and Hire2Retire processes. The representative guides users through HR portals and tools, gathers and enters information, handles cases from intake through resolution, produces reports, and maintains compliance with global and local requirements. The role also contributes to process improvements, standardization, automation, and knowledge-base updates while meeting service-level and customer satisfaction goals.
