Project Manager, Level III

This position oversees several mid-sized to large projects involving the design, manufacture, and testing of multi-element optical assemblies. The manager defines project requirements and test plans, maintains customer communication, leads meetings, and tracks milestones, dependencies, issues, and changes. Working with engineering, manufacturing, product, and other internal groups, the role ensures projects meet agreed scope, timing, cost, and quality expectations through the full lifecycle. It also contributes to improving project management practices and mentors less experienced project managers. The role suits an experienced project professional with an optics or engineering background who is comfortable with technical problem-solving, negotiation, and collaboration in a global manufacturing environment.
