Quality Assurance Engineer

This engineer will help ensure that quality strategies are consistently applied across semiconductor materials manufacturing operations. Responsibilities include leading root-cause investigations, coordinating containment and corrective actions, supporting audits and quality documentation, and contributing to controls involving nonconforming materials, FMEA, process control, and calibration. The role also involves training employees, working with customers on quality improvements, and helping manufacturing teams develop reliable procedures for testing and inspection. Reporting to the Quality Manager, the position suits an early-career engineer who is analytical, communicative, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating across functions. Travel to other facilities, suppliers, and customer locations may be required.
