Manager II, Spares Service

This position serves as the main contact for important customers’ spare-parts needs and works to strengthen long-term partnerships. The role oversees consignment and billable inventory, develops forecasts for multiple parts categories, and balances availability with inventory efficiency. It coordinates with procurement, planning, logistics, service operations, and customers to resolve supply issues and support reliable delivery. The manager also tracks account performance, presents business reviews, and drives improvements in service, forecasting, inventory, and revenue metrics. It would suit an experienced account or customer-success professional with strong supply chain awareness, communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across complex organizations.
