Software Engineer II

This position develops AI-enabled applications and services using LLMs, prompt workflows, embeddings, vector search, and related technologies. The engineer will help move solutions from design and experimentation into reliable production systems by contributing to testing, optimization, deployment, observability, and ongoing maintenance. The role sits within Honeywell’s engineering organization and supports business-focused solutions for the Process Automation business, working closely with software, data, product, and platform specialists. It also includes architecture discussions, code reviews, troubleshooting, and attention to security, scalability, and maintainability.
