Field Technician (Level 2 or 3)

This technician will provide hands-on and instructional support for chain gun systems at customer sites, demonstrations, testing events, and development activities. Responsibilities include diagnosing equipment problems, completing repairs and modifications, interpreting engineering changes, and coordinating solutions with engineering, quality, and program teams. The role also involves creating and improving training materials and teaching customers how to operate and maintain the equipment. It suits a technically skilled professional with experience in weapons systems, field service, armament maintenance, or customer-facing equipment support. Applicants should be comfortable traveling up to 50%, working varied shifts, communicating with customers, and working independently or within a team.
