Test Conductor

This position is part of Northrop Grumman’s Tactical Space Systems Integration and Test organization in Gilbert, Arizona. The successful candidate will execute system-level tests involving spacecraft commands, telemetry, electrical circuits, software, and specialized test equipment. Responsibilities include preparing test setups, diagnosing hardware and software problems, contributing to anomaly resolution, and developing automation with scripting languages. The role may involve travel, international launch support, and periodic evening or weekend work. It suits an early-career electrical, systems, or test engineer with satellite or aerospace experience, strong troubleshooting ability, and an interest in hands-on space hardware testing.
