Senior HR Business Partner / People Partner

This position sits within ASM’s global People team and partners directly with managers and leaders to address workforce needs and strengthen organizational effectiveness. The successful candidate will guide employee relations, performance management, talent reviews, succession, engagement, retention, and workforce planning activities. They will use workforce data and employee feedback to identify patterns, recommend solutions, and help leaders take ownership of people decisions. The role also coordinates with HR centers of expertise and operations, supports organizational changes, and may lead regional projects or mentor less experienced People Partners. It suits an experienced HR professional who is comfortable operating independently, handling sensitive matters, coaching managers, and collaborating across a global, matrixed technology or manufacturing organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, organizational development, psychology, or related field, or equivalent experienceAt least 3 years of progressive HR experience supporting managersKnowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent processes, compliance, and the employee lifecycleAbility to coach leaders, assess risk, exercise judgment, and determine when to escalateStrong communication, collaboration, project management, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to interpret workforce data and handle confidential information discreetly
