Requirements

12+ years relevant experience with Bachelor's degree (or 8+ years with Master's, 6+ years with PhD)Strong expertise in PCB fabrication, signal integrity, and supplier quality managementProficiency in data analysis, benchmarking, and root cause analysis methodologiesDemonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and mentor team membersBachelor's degree in specialized field or equivalent in supply chain, engineering, or related disciplineStrong communication skills for conveying complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
