Ultra stack Transition To Production Integrated Product Team lead

The Integrated Product Team Lead will direct mechanical design, analysis, integration, testing, and execution activities supporting the Ultra Stack production ramp. The role works closely with program leadership, Operations and Supply Chain, Manufacturing Program Management, and suppliers to qualify alternate sources, improve component availability, and reduce production risks. Responsibilities include managing schedules and engineering actions, mentoring technical teams, assessing supplier capabilities, supporting audits, and tracking quality, configuration, and readiness metrics. The position includes supplier travel, particularly during the early stages of the assignment, and requires disciplined cross-functional communication. It is well suited to an experienced mechanical engineer or technical leader with defense, manufacturing ramp-up, supplier development, and hardware integration experience who holds an active Secret clearance and can work onsite in Tucson.
