Contract Administrator

This position sits within contract administration and governance, helping ensure project agreements, documentation, and commercial processes remain organized, accurate, and audit-ready. The administrator works with Contract Leads and project stakeholders on execution workflows, change orders, formal communications, payment support, risk tracking, and contractual deliverables. The role also contributes to project reporting, cost and document reconciliation, compliance reviews, insurance and warranty tracking, and final contract archiving. It would suit an experienced commercial, project controls, procurement, finance, supply chain, or operations professional familiar with large construction, infrastructure, data center, or industrial programs. Candidates should be comfortable using contract and business systems while coordinating detailed records across multiple teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience, or master’s degree with 3+ years, or equivalent experienceAdditional security-screening criteria may require a bachelor’s degree with 8+ years or a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experienceExperience supporting large-scale construction, data center, infrastructure, or industrial projectsKnowledge of construction contracts, change management, and commercial governanceExperience with contract management tools such as Ariba, SAP, SharePoint, or similar platformsFamiliarity with project controls, cost management, procurement, claims, and contract closeout
