Insider Risk Security Engineer

This engineer will implement, administer, troubleshoot, and improve insider risk management technologies, policies, and detection rules across a global enterprise. They will develop methods for identifying unusual user behavior, reduce false positives in IRM and DLP systems, and provide technical support during insider-risk investigations and incidents. The position also contributes to metrics, management reporting, security trends, and the ongoing maturity of the insider-risk function. Success requires discretion, strong judgment, independent problem solving, and effective collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. It suits an experienced security professional with hands-on DLP and UEBA expertise who is interested in human-risk compromise rather than external incident response.
