Senior Key Account Technology Engineer - Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin Speaking

This position sits within ASM’s Key Account Technology function and supports strategic semiconductor customers from new product introduction through ongoing installed-base optimization. The engineer acts as a senior technical partner, translating customer needs into process, hardware, and product improvements while helping secure technology adoption milestones. Responsibilities include defining process standards and recipes, resolving field issues, and coordinating with engineering, sales, service, product management, and customer organizations. The role is well suited to an experienced semiconductor process or capital-equipment professional who can influence stakeholders and build durable international customer relationships. Strong Korean, Japanese, or Mandarin communication skills are essential, along with willingness to travel internationally up to 30% of the time.
