Program Business Operations Manager 1

This manager partners with program and functional leaders to monitor financial performance, schedules, contracts, budgets, forecasts, and cost and schedule risks. The position leads Business Operations personnel across finance, contracts, and scheduling, and supports earned value reporting, estimates at completion, work authorization, customer reviews, proposals, and audits. The role is part of the Strike Weapons Program Office and operates in a security-controlled facility with approximately 10% domestic and international travel. It suits an experienced aerospace or government program business professional who can lead teams, communicate financial and operational status clearly, and uphold strong compliance and internal-control practices. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance are required.
