Senior Mechanical Engineer

This engineer will contribute to or lead multidisciplinary teams developing hardware for mission-critical navigation, communications, and control applications. Responsibilities include producing detailed CAD models and drawings, applying FEA methods such as ANSYS, and ensuring designs align with manufacturing practices and applicable military and industry standards. The position also involves advising engineering and project leadership, coordinating with manufacturing, quality, program management, and other engineering groups, and supporting complex programs through successful execution. GDMS is seeking an experienced, collaborative engineer who can communicate clearly, write technical proposals or papers, and guide others’ professional growth. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance are required, and the position is based in Scottsdale with hybrid flexibility.
