Work Leader & Business Partner - SC&I

This position partners with business and program leaders to improve planning, scheduling, financial visibility, and execution discipline across defense technology programs. It coordinates the work of analysts, planners, schedulers, and other contributors while maintaining integrated plans, baselines, forecasts, and corrective actions. The role evaluates cost, schedule, staffing, materials, profitability, and cash flow to surface risks and support informed decisions. It also contributes to proposals, business planning, risk management, change control, and process improvement, including potential uses of AI.
