Contract Recruiter

This recruiter will work within Lam Research’s Global Human Resources and Talent Acquisition functions to manage hiring from intake through offer coordination. Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers, sourcing through multiple channels, maintaining candidate data, tracking recruiting metrics, and supporting negotiations. The role also contributes to campus recruiting, diversity efforts, employer branding, process improvements, and potentially immigration-related coordination. It suits an experienced full-cycle recruiter who can manage competing priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and recruit effectively in technology, manufacturing, or semiconductor environments. The position is a six-month contract with potential for extension and is available across several U.S. locations.
