Electrical Engineer - Entry Level

This engineer will join a collaborative General Dynamics Mission Systems team that creates ground-based emulators and test systems for spacecraft acceptance and qualification activities. Responsibilities include preparing test documentation, developing functional and environmental tests, designing fixtures and equipment, and troubleshooting integrated hardware and software. The role is suited to a recent graduate with an electrical engineering or computer science background and some mechanical engineering exposure who is eager to develop test engineering skills. Candidates should be organized, adaptable, comfortable learning quickly, and able to work effectively in a team. Familiarity with laboratory instruments, electrical or mechanical design software, and Microsoft tools is beneficial, while U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance are required.
