QC Lab Supervisor - 3rd Shift

This working supervisor manages daily QC laboratory priorities while participating in sample analysis and supporting production needs. They review analytical data, address out-of-control or out-of-specification results, maintain instruments and methods, and help implement process or equipment changes. The position oversees training, scheduling, performance feedback, safety compliance, and collaboration with manufacturing, engineering, R&D metrology, and EHS functions. It suits an experienced analytical laboratory professional with supervisory experience, strong communication and statistical skills, and familiarity with laboratory databases and Microsoft Office. The schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., and the role requires the ability to work safely on a consistent third shift.
