Sr Program Finance Specialist

This position partners with program managers to evaluate financial results, funding status, contractual exposure, and emerging risks across government-related programs. The specialist prepares custom analyses, supports special projects, handles invoice approval and customer billing questions, and tracks receivables and cash flow. The role also oversees compliance with ASC 606, GAAP, GDMS policies, and applicable government contracting requirements. It sits within the finance function supporting complex defense and technology programs and may use Oracle EPM for financial planning and reporting.
