2026 Associate Propulsion Engineer - Chandler AZ
This entry-level position supports Northrop Grumman’s Space sector by applying engineering methods to solid rocket motor design, analysis, manufacturing, testing, and integration. The engineer will assess design changes, investigate failures, help maintain technical standards, and contribute to solutions that balance performance, cost, and schedule. The role requires coordination across multiple disciplines as well as communication with suppliers, procurement personnel, customers, and program managers. Team members may also prepare technical material for design reviews and other program briefings.
