Senior Technical Program Integration Manager - SATAS Program

This position serves as the central integration and operations lead for SATAS, connecting technical swimlanes, suppliers, Intel stakeholders, and external collaborators. It manages program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, decisions, dashboards, meetings, and executive reporting to maintain disciplined execution. The role also coordinates semiconductor equipment, factory automation, infrastructure, safety, standards, and pilot-line integration activities while supporting energy and waste reduction goals. Success requires influencing teams without direct authority, translating complex engineering issues into actionable program-level decisions, and maintaining alignment across global time zones. It is well suited to an experienced technical program manager with semiconductor manufacturing, equipment deployment, automation, systems integration, and sustainability or operational excellence experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field7+ years in technical program management, semiconductor manufacturing, equipment engineering, automation, or systems integration5+ years of manufacturing equipment development and deployment experienceExperience managing integrated schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive reportingKnowledge of semiconductor equipment, factory automation, pilot-line integration, and manufacturing readinessStrong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills
