Toll Supplier Manager

This position serves as the primary owner of toll-supplier performance for materials delivered to FUJIFILM customers. It drives supplier capability and quality improvements through data analysis, process controls, audits, corrective actions, qualification activities, and production oversight. The manager also handles supplier-related nonconformances and customer complaints, maintains performance metrics, and reports risks and progress to senior business stakeholders. Success requires close collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to strengthen manufacturing processes, manage changes, improve delivery reliability, and align requirements. The role is well suited to an experienced chemical manufacturing or semiconductor quality professional with strong statistical, project leadership, communication, and supplier-management skills.
