Senior Advanced Space Systems Engineer (Sign-on Bonus Available)

This engineer will guide systems through the full development lifecycle, from operational concepts and requirements definition to architecture, trade studies, integration, verification, and validation. The work supports space systems that combine hardware and software digital signal processing, communications, networking, and payload technologies. The position is part of GDMS’s Scottsdale engineering organization and involves close collaboration across technical teams, customers, and program stakeholders. Candidates suited to the role bring substantial systems engineering experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead complex technical decisions. Experience with DSP, MATLAB or Python, space payloads, networking, MBSE, Agile development, or hardware-in-the-loop testing would be especially valuable.
