Technical Instructor 2

This position is part of Lam Research’s Customer Support organization and focuses on preparing maintenance engineers to diagnose, repair, troubleshoot, and debug sophisticated electro-mechanical systems. The instructor teaches across multiple products using equipment demonstrations, classroom sessions, online instruction, and other blended learning methods. They work with engineering, manufacturing, technical support, and curriculum teams to keep training aligned with current product designs and field requirements. The role includes creating lesson plans from technical documentation, completing product qualifications in Tualatin, Oregon when needed, and traveling up to 30% during the first year. It would suit a technically experienced, customer-oriented communicator who can organize complex information and engage varied audiences.
