S&EC Technical Manager, Full Modular Stack Programs

This manager will guide engineering teams and oversee technical work spanning proposals, system design, detailed design, manufacturing, testing, and project execution. They will manage staffing, schedules, budgets, earned-value performance, risks, and project reporting while coordinating with program leaders, customers, and other stakeholders. The position includes supervising employees, assigning and reviewing work, supporting proposals and strategy development, and resolving complex technical or organizational issues. It suits an experienced engineering leader who can work independently, motivate technical professionals, and connect task-level execution with broader business and program objectives. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with a DoD Secret clearance at hire and the ability to obtain TS/SCI access.
