This leader will manage a mechanical engineering team responsible for delivering reliable, efficient, and innovative data center infrastructure across Vantage’s portfolio. The position sets engineering direction, advances design standards and technologies, and ensures projects meet technical, regulatory, schedule, budget, and operational objectives. Success requires close partnership with construction, operations, sales, marketing, consultants, vendors, and senior leadership, including participation in customer and business development activities. The director will also oversee quality processes, consultant selection, staff development, workload planning, and the integration of lessons learned.
