Talent Acquisition System Admin

This position supports the systems and operational foundation of TSMC’s Talent Acquisition organization in Phoenix. Responsibilities include administering the ATS, developing recruiting dashboards, maintaining accurate workforce data, supporting HR technology and assessment tools, and coordinating with teams in Arizona and Taiwan. The administrator will also manage vendors and contracts, track project milestones and approvals, organize meetings, and keep stakeholders informed of progress. The role suits an organized early-career professional who is comfortable with Excel, process execution, data analysis, and cross-functional communication. Adaptability, careful attention to detail, and the ability to manage changing priorities are important in this newly established position.

Requirements

Associate degree; HR, administration, business, or related field preferred0–3 years of administration, workforce analytics, or program management experienceExperience creating or interpreting reports and recruiting KPIsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiencyStrong organization, accuracy, follow-through, and problem-solving skillsAbility to coordinate across teams; Mandarin and recruiting or project management experience preferred
