IRWP Construction Project Engineer

TSMCPhoenix, AZ

This engineer will help deliver a complex industrial water reclamation facility through design, construction, testing, and commissioning while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality. The position works within TSMC Arizona’s facilities and construction function and partners closely with the engineer of record, contractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Key activities include reviewing technical documents and proposals, managing permitting and inspections, verifying completed work, controlling changes, and driving critical-path schedule performance. The role also supports system startup, reliability efforts, field meetings, and coordinated solutions to technical or construction problems. It suits an early-career construction or engineering professional with industrial water or wastewater project experience who is comfortable working onsite and in demanding field conditions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of industrial water or wastewater project experienceExperience with water reclamation or semiconductor wastewater is advantageousKnowledge of construction planning, scheduling, QA/QC, and contract documentationStrong project management, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work onsite in Phoenix and perform physically demanding field work
