Process Technician
This position helps keep automated semiconductor manufacturing operations running safely, consistently, and efficiently across areas such as lithography, etch, deposition, polishing, and metrology. The technician monitors tools and production dashboards, investigates abnormal conditions, follows procedures, and works with engineers to restore stability and prevent repeat issues. Technicians manage competing priorities during 12-hour shifts and may eventually coordinate shifts, lead meetings, and mentor newer team members. The role suits detail-oriented, dependable people with strong computer skills, sound judgment, and an interest in technical manufacturing. It requires on-site work in Phoenix, rotating day and night schedules, occasional cleanroom access, and willingness to work a compressed 24/7 schedule.
