E-beam Operation (EBO) Manufacturing Engineer

This position supports EUV and optical mask production, including mask writing, inspection, repair, cleaning, and metrology activities. The engineer will recruit and supervise technicians while monitoring daily production results and identifying ways to improve operational performance. The role involves frequent collaboration with EBO engineering partners across Phoenix and Taiwan, along with occasional on-duty coverage. It suits an engineering or science graduate with team leadership experience, strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a proactive approach. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States and fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
