FAPM Lead Engineer

Candidates must be prepared for on-site work in Phoenix, rotating night shifts, weekend on-call coverage, and possible compressed work-week schedules.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience8–10+ years of industrial construction experience, including 5+ years in tooling installation and 2+ years leading project managersExpertise with industrial tooling such as CNC machines, robotics, or precision manufacturing equipmentAdvanced proficiency with project management tools including Primavera, MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft OfficeStrong leadership, strategic planning, communication, and stakeholder-management abilitiesWillingness to work on-site in Phoenix with rotating night shifts and on-call weekends
