AI Engineering Tech Lead

This leader will guide several AI initiatives from initial problem definition through reliable production deployment at TSMC’s Arizona fab. The work may involve computer vision, predictive modeling, anomaly detection, robotics, reinforcement learning, generative AI, or agent-based systems, depending on the manufacturing challenge. The position is responsible for architecture, coding standards, experimentation, MLOps/LLMOps, monitoring, governance, and scaling successful applications across TSMC sites. It also includes mentoring a sizable engineering team and coordinating with manufacturing specialists and distributed global groups. The role suits an experienced AI/ML engineering leader who remains technically hands-on and has delivered measurable results from prototypes into demanding production environments.
