Staff EO Signal Image Processing Engineer - 5

This position sits within the EO/IR modeling, algorithms, and simulation function supporting the Seeker Integrated Product Team. The engineer will architect and improve closed-loop 6-DOF simulations, scene and sensor models, and signal-processing algorithms used for system design, performance analysis, and flight-test preparation. They will correlate simulations with laboratory, hardware-in-the-loop, and flight data while partnering with guidance, navigation and control, software, firmware, hardware, and systems engineers. The role also includes technical oversight, mentoring, requirements and verification support, technical briefings, and promotion of disciplined agile and configuration-management practices. It is suited to an experienced EO/IR or seeker specialist with strong C/C++, Python or MATLAB, modeling and simulation, and technical leadership experience who holds an active Secret clearance.
