Sr. Mgr Procurement

This position leads a Supply Chain procurement function and manages a team responsible for purchasing and contracting activities. The manager will establish performance measures, develop staff capabilities, ensure adherence to FAR and DFARS requirements, and resolve supplier or contractual risks. The role partners with Finance, Engineering, Operations, Program Management, and other stakeholders to define procurement needs and manage supplier relationships. It also involves negotiations, supplier evaluations, compliance approvals, and oversight of financial and operational risks. The opportunity is well suited to an experienced procurement leader who can manage distributed teams, communicate with executives, and operate effectively in aerospace and defense settings.
