Principal Specialist, Contracts (Remote)

This position supports the Development Contracts lead within Raytheon’s Naval Air Missiles organization, covering pursuits, negotiations, administration, and ongoing execution for development, production, and sustainment work. The specialist will advise business and program leaders on contractual rights, obligations, compliance, changes, and risk mitigation while maintaining productive customer and internal relationships. The work includes supporting U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales arrangements, reviewing terms and conditions, and contributing to business management activities such as estimate-at-completion reviews. It suits an experienced contracts, program, finance, procurement, or business management professional who can analyze complex issues and influence cross-functional decisions. Applicants must be U.S. citizens with an active Secret clearance and be able to work remotely from a U.S. state.
