Process Engineer II

This engineer will serve as a manufacturing-facing specialist for materials, process controls, and factory equipment integration. Responsibilities include validating material information, creating processing instructions, investigating production problems, and implementing durable, economical corrective actions. The position also supports material substitutions, obsolescence concerns, employee training, and Lean initiatives that improve consistency and reduce production constraints. The engineer will work closely with factory staff, materials teams, and other engineering groups while spending substantial time in manufacturing areas. It suits a hands-on, analytical engineer who communicates well, works independently and collaboratively, and has experience with process improvement or root-cause analysis.

Requirements
